We try to hire the service of an experienced receptionist, woman or man, who will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors to our Hotel. Who will be in charge of guiding clients / guests to the different points of the Hotel, contacting employees about visitors, answering phones and receiving messages, and separating and distributing correspondence.
Greet, communicate and welcome guests
Answer all customer questions and respond to their complaints
Check, sort and forward emails
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them when necessary
Provides excellent customer service.
Receive letters, packages and send them to the appropriate destination
