We are looking for a Receptionist who is in charge of welcoming customers and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of guiding customers in various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and receiving messages, as well as selecting and distributing mail.
Greet customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Assist guests to orient themselves in the Hotel.
Helping to maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as needed and keeping visitor logs.
Assist in a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, notes, and travel plans.
Answer phones professionally and forward calls as needed.
Classification and distribution of correspondence.
Provides excellent customer service.
Associate or bachelor's degree in related areas.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in related areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping in various tasks as needed.
